Our History

Process Plus was founded in 1996 with a vision to build a reputation of excellence in quality of work, business practices and in creating a work environment in which employees could flourish.

It was a priority for the Principals to do more than typical engineering firms in all aspects of business. Many innovative programs were implemented to give employees ownership benefits. The leadership also embraced the value of stewardship through the generous support of charitable and community outreach programs.

The passion for finding better ways to improve work processes resulted in tremendous growth. During its first five years in business, company revenue grew 1,850% and  went from zero to 75 clients. With the recent acquisition of Complete Systems Automation in Atlanta, GA, this growth continues.

Process Plus’ founder’s spirit of perseverance and strength are embodied in the culture of the company today. After Bryan Speicher’s (the founding President) battle with cancer and his death in 2003, the firm’s leaders were inspired to build a stronger Process Plus. As a result, the partners focused on initiatives to support and grow the business. The philosophy, “Our Process Revolves Around You” was created and adopted to reflect the company’s genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The firm continues to leverage its’ entrepreneurial spirit, developing and expanding into new services to help our clients save money and improve their processes. Former President, Jeff Rankin, was committed to having satisfied and enthused customers and this remains a focus of the company today.

In January 2016, Plus Group was formed, adding Process Plus sister companies Automation Plus and Design Build Plus. This organizational change allows the company to more effectively promote capabilities to serve customers through the entire project lifecycle. Customers continue to obtain the high quality solutions and exceptional service they have come to know, with the convenience of maintaining one point of contact from start to finish.
