At our Cincinnati office, we have a full automation simulation center for collaboration with clients and vendors and complete factory acceptance testing of our programmed systems and equipment before deployment to client sites. The simulation center includes multiple complete server stacks for utilization for application development for multiple clients at multiple times. The development servers are all available for connection from anywhere in our office (VPN) and allow for increased team unification while also shortening development time.

Automation Plus provides turnkey services ranging across the entire spectrum of project support. These services include master planning, control system design and specification, instrument specification including all classifications (hazardous areas, explosion, etc.), programming, simulation, onsite startup and commissioning, post startup support, operator and maintenance training and full documentation packages for all phases of a project (feasibility, conceptual, definition, commissioning/startup, validation, etc.). We also provide complete IT and business intelligence services including networking and cyber security, data collection and integration into plant wide systems, and validated control systems MES and ERP level connectivity and integration.
