Jobsite safety is of utmost importance at Design Build Plus. It is part of our culture and we are not flexible when it comes to following the rules and regulations that keep the construction teams safe.

It is our goal to obtain a zero incident rate for each project. We ensure operator competency and proper equipment maintenance; we identify potential risks and work to continuously improve our best practices. Our Safety Director reviews a weekly safety tip with all employees in house as do our construction managers on site with all field members.

Luke Harris

Luke Harris is the Director of Safety responsible for ensuring site safety for construction projects, weekly safety updates, audits, and training here at Plus Group. Luke has over 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, managing general construction projects with various craftsmanship, designing, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, building, and commissioning. Luke also teaches a course under our Factory365 suite of solutions called, Academy365, where he provides workers with introductory information about Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA10 &30).
