We track and report project budget and schedule performance and verify project quality. We do all of this while promoting and enforcing a safe work culture.
Jobsite safety is of utmost importance at Design Build Plus. It is part of our culture, and we are not flexible regarding following the rules and regulations that keep the construction teams safe.
It is our goal to obtain a zero incident rate for each project. We ensure operator competency and proper equipment maintenance; we identify potential risks and work to improve our best practices continuously. Our Safety Director reviews a weekly safety tip with all in-house employees, as do our construction managers on-site with all field members.
