On October 7th, Plus Group hosted our annual Employee Appreciation Event at the Newport Aquarium. The evening consisted of an aquarium tour, dinner and drinks, a charity fundraiser, and employee awards. During the event, we conducted a charity cash raffle for Matthew 25: Ministries, a local non-profit organization. Our generous employees raised over $1500! For the first time in our company’s history, employees voted to honor three employees for their hard work and dedication. Four employees (due to a tie) were selected for the following awards:
- Bryan Speicher Award, Dominika Graham
This employee portrays innovation, creativity, employee engagement, constant improvement, ambition, and execution to win. All of which mirror the behaviors of Bryan Speicher, the late founder of Process Plus. This is the highest honor an employee can receive.
- My Process Revolves Around You, Shaun McDonough and Dennis Gaige
This employee portrays nimble, unified, and cultural characteristics in his/her daily tasks.
- Peer Recognition Award, John Glenski
This employee was recognized for his/her outstanding work at Plus Group.
