Friday, October 27, Plus Group celebrated all employees at their Spooktacular Event held at Rolling meadows Ranch in Lebanon, OH.
Employees enjoyed food from U Lucky Dawg food truck and Dickey’s Barbeque Pit as well as various snacks and desserts from local vendors. There were games and fall festivities, door prizes and fellowship.
The following employee awards were presented:
Kevin Kraft – Bryan Speicher Award
This employee embodies all our core values on a consistent basis which mirrors the behaviors of Bryan Speicher, the late founder of Process Plus. This is the highest honor an employee can receive.
Nate Curtis – Remote Reinforcement
Although he does not report to Cincinnati office, this employee carries the culture and core values of the Plus Group to remote locations.
Jay Tarter – Empowerment Enthusiast
This employee exhibits the true sense of empowerment and strives daily to not only serve our customers but also enables his entire team to consistently exceed our customers expectation.
Mike Berkshire – Teamwork Technician
This co-worker consistently works to satisfy and exceed the expectations of the Internal customer. He recognizes that we all must collaborate and work together to win as a team.
John Schlagetter – Customer Champion
This co-worker thrives on taking complex needs of our customer, customizing the approach, and providing simple but successful solutions to meet their every need.
Kyle Strunk – Improvement Idol
This co-worker continuously looks for ways to improve our work flow and work products, to improve our work outcome; good is never enough.
