Tom Hall is one of Plus Group’s Lead Validation Specialist (II) and a Project Manager. Tom has over 25 years of professional experience in validation, project management and design engineering.  Responsibilities include meeting commissioning and qualification project goals and objectives and managing project personnel to meet timelines and budget requirements for multi-million dollar projects.

Tom is well versed in code compliance and has an eye for detail. He graduated with an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology form Alfred State College and has passed the Design Engineering Program from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Tom is also a certified project manager from Xaiver University. He has extensive experience in the preparation and execution of installation, operational, and performance qualification protocols for various types of equipment, processes, systems and utilities.  Other skills include the application of cGMP regulations and commissioning and validation concepts for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing / packaging environments.
