He has an Architectural degree and MBA along with 30 years of experience in contracting, manufacturing and consulting.  He has worked in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical and automotive industries his entire career.  He is recognized for his ability to build long-lasting, loyal customer relationships by not only providing outstanding products and services, but by acting as a resource in all facets of the business.

Dave Jennings, has over 20 years of professional experience in industrial controls systems. David’s focus areas include SCADA controls and visualization, ICS networking, cybersecurity, and data collection and reporting.

John Glenski, president of Automation Plus, has been recognized for his leadership by various organizations, most notably Cincinnati Business Courier, Control Engineer/Plant Engineer Magazine, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. John is known for being an innovative and passionate leader in manufacturing technology, with a demonstrated history of providing advanced manufacturing solutions to the world’s largest manufacturers. John works collaboratively with internal and external partners, delivering innovative solutions for Automation, IT, Packaging, & Information Solutions applications focusing on regulated industries. Skilled in team and resource development, strategic planning, and developing new products/technologies. John has written multiple abstracts and papers, including:

John Koehler, John is the President of Process Plus, emphasizing long-term relationships and the application of account management strategies. He has over 25 years of professional experience in marketing, including proposals, estimating engineering efforts, and negotiating customer and subcontracts, among other tasks. John also has experience as a Process Designer, providing on-site customer/project support and account/team-building efforts and interfacing with clients on various projects. In addition, John brings to this discussion insight into the history of Walk down P&ID’s vs. laser scanning and what these scans can do for your factory floor as it relates to upgrading.
