Plus Group to Offer CPM Training
Are you interested in becoming a Xavier University Certified Project Manager (CPM)? Through our affiliation with Xavier University, we are authorized to provide the certification training to a limited number of employees and clients. The training requires your attendance to three, 2-day modules which will take place at Plus Group’s headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.
The material is based upon the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Body of Knowledge®, the Construction Industry Institute’s (CII) research, and experiences of project management practitioners. The course provides continuing education credits, including for those who hold PMI certifications.
Participants will increase their knowledge and skills in project management. Better yet, they will learn to think … like a Project Manager. Project Managers are responsible for significant corporate resources, sometimes for millions of dollars. A Project Manager needs to use these resources wisely to provide value to the project’s customers. This type of thinking is crucial to project success.
