Process Plus is blessed to be known as the firm of choice, providing exceptional customer service. But how did this happen? Was it by accident? Of course not. Since the inception of Process Plus, Bryan Speicher (Founding President) promoted a culture that was different than that of other engineering companies. The objective was to hire and retain people with the highest reputation. Since Bryan’s battle with cancer and death in 2003, the ownership team has continued his legacy of differentiation, by integrating employees who are dedicated to reaching each customer’s success.
