Plus Groups’ Process Plus and Automation Plus worked jointly to examine, modify, and regenerate existing P&ID’s to streamline system components for a Major Paint Manufacturer.

Process Plus provided two (2) experienced resources to walk-down and create sketches for eleven (11) existing P&IDs. Full analysis and walk-downs were executed to identify inconsistencies and areas for modification. The resources worked closely with site personnel to verify the P&ID accuracy. Upon completion of walk-downs, the resources updated / modified eleven (11) P&IDs to ensure correctness of symbols shown from site verification. This process generated the splitting of the P&IDs and resulted in eleven (11) P&IDs becoming eighteen (18). The P&ID modifications also helped to clean up the existing symbols shown to be consistent throughout the set.
