Plus Group executed Conceptual Engineering Services for a Specialty Food Group to expand their facility by 180,000 square feet. Plus Group engineering provided Master Planning and Conceptual Engineering Services to double the clients current operations while maintaining existing operations. The end product expanded the facility with a 180,000 SF addition onto the east side of the clients existing facility. This included additional processing, packaging, warehousing, employee facilities and utilities areas. Plus Group provided front end engineering to define the scope, cost, and schedule for this project. The conceptual engineering effort produced a 20% +/- estimate of probable cost for the project.
