The purpose of this room is to provide a clean controlled area for automated packaging equipment. The room is planned to be 35’ x 70’ x 14’ high enclosure of insulated metal panels set on a 12” concrete curb with drop ceilings. The concrete floor be resinous flooring that is moisture and caustic resistant. The new packaging equipment that will be installed the room will require various utilities to be supplied to the area including electric, compressed air, steam, caustic, hot water, and portable water. The new stand alone HVAC unit will be installed to condition this area.
