The initial project scope of work included a pre-cast concrete structure within a structure. This design concept is a carryover from the grain industry. Process Plus proposed shifting to the S.O.P. for the meat processing industry, which is to utilize a steel frame construction with cooler panel wall and roof.

The result was essentially one building instead of two. This designed allowed for a faster construction schedule. This project was Design-Build, at risk.
