Plus Group completed preliminary and detailed design for the separation of breakfast bar processing utilities from an existing ammonia cooling system within a Food Manufacturing Facility.
The client was purchasing a manufacturing plant and required the separation of utilities to execute a breakfast bar. The project included considerable evaluation of the cooling of breakfast bars and the associated sensitivity of the ingredients – particularly chocolate – to comply with specific site and industry regulations. In addition, the effort included the evaluation of ovens and room cooling as part of the overall heat duty examination.
