The project included the demolition of the existing interior finishes, installation of a new HVAC system including a new AHU, extension of compressed air line system, extension of electrical services and installation of GMP finishes.
This project was constructed in an existing facility adjacent to active suites where the risk for contamination was high. The project time line required the scheduling of work through holiday activities, weekend work, and off shift work in order to meet the client required completion.
